Simply download the below ZIP file here, which contains various system files and a file called Add-Store.cmd which you have to run as administrator.Ensure that the file is not blocked by right clicking on it, go to Properties, then look at the bottom if it says this file came from the internet bla bla bla, just hit the UNBLOCK button then Apply then OK.Then extract it and run Add-Store.cmd as Admin It ran for a few seconds and after a reset Microsoft Store returned to its formal glory.
Go Back To the previous Version
If all the above methods fail, Then simply go back to the previous version of Windows, go to Settings > Update & security >Recovery > Go back to your previous version of Windows.
