With Microsoft Forms portal improvements, users will see new abilities and a new design for the service. There is now also a snapshot feature which gives users a glimpse of each form. This snapshot includes the form title, background image, and number of responses. There is also a new search box in the portal. It is located in the upper right corner and allows users to quickly find form information by searching form title or owner. Microsoft Forms also gained increased language support through the latest update. The company says there are now 26 additional new languages on the platform. This brings the total number of supported languages to 68. Increased language support extends to RTL (right-to-left) reading, which now supports Hebrew and Arabic. Microsoft Forms is a platform that helps professionals and educators create content in minutes. Forms can be surveys, feedback forms, or quizzes. They can be shared with anyone and form owners can see results of completed forms in real time. To use the service, you need an Office 365 Education subscription and a Microsoft work or school account.
Quiz Creation
One of the key features of Forms is the ability to create quizzes. “Educators can easily create a new form or quiz, add questions, customize settings, share their forms and check on the results.”
Sign in and create a new survey form or quiz form. Adjust the settings for the form. Share the form with others. Check the form results.
“When you create a quiz or form, you can invite others to respond to it using any web browser, even on mobile devices. As results are submitted, you can use built-in analytics to evaluate responses. Form data, such as quiz results, can be easily exported to Excel for additional analysis or grading.”
