With a growing number of organizations adopting cloud services, our partners can grow their cloud business, and achieve long-term success by taking advantage of the FastTrack program to help their customers accelerate their business success,” said Kees Hertogh, senior director of technical product marketing for Dynamics 365. “We are very excited about the new services and opportunities FastTrack for Dynamics 365 offers to customers, increasing their satisfaction and driving end user adoption.”

New FastTrack for Dynamics 365 Services

To reduce the time to usage and drive adoption, Microsoft is introducing three new services to this program:

“Adoption Services for Customer Engagement enables customers to ensure awareness for successful adoption and drive usage, boost engagement, and improve user experience. Onboarding Service for Field Service empowers customers to achieve an understanding of the core value of this service to improve their satisfaction, apply first-time fix rates, and resource for user productivity. Onboarding Service for Project Service Automation allows users to manage sales, resources, delivery, and billing for client-facing projects and to better understand the interaction of Dynamics 365 and Office 365 components with the service.”

According to Hertogh, participating customers will be able to work in tandem with the FastTrack team to guide the learning proccess. That includes remote workshops, technical talks and more. The service is available across time zones, including Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
